Sync & Spin Pole Choreo 2 Week Series (All Levels)
Do you want to get creative and put your spinny moves into a sequence, or maybe you've been dreading your upcoming performance on spin pole and aren't sure where to begin? If so, this is the course for you! In this 2 week course, we will follow a basic choreography structure and you will be given moves and transitions to choose from so that you can create your very own personalised choreo! You can add as much or little of your own flair as you wish, and at the end of 2 weeks you will have your own mini spin pole choreo ready to feel proud of or even put into a routine. Please note that the focus of this course is revisiting and combining moves you may have already tried, rather than learning lots of new moves from scratch.
💗 This Course is suitable for:
This all levels course is suitable for anyone who can perform a back hook and climb on a spin pole. Beginner friendly options will be prioritised but you are welcome to use the structure to put in your own more advanced moves if you wish. Please come to session 1 with a few ideas of songs you would like to spin to and headphones are a bonus if you have them!

Wear whatever allows you to pole and feel good! Heels are optional

All payments are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer make the course in it's entirety, if you give 72+ hours' notice, you can apply a credit for a future course. We recommend attending as many of the 4 sessions as possible. No make-up classes or transfers to other dates if you miss one or more sessions from your course. Arrive 5 minutes early & your Instructor will let you into the building, which is locked to the public so you cannot let yourself in. We can’t accommodate late arrivals, and no refunds for missed classes. The building is locked, no buzzer, and Instructors can’t take calls or emails.
