Inverts 101 4 Week Series

**PSA: There is no session on Saturday 8th March owing to Shadowbound Competition! Please make sure you can commit to all sessions before booking**

Are you ready to take your first steps into the upside down? Or have you recently started inverting and want to take it to the next level?

Unlock your invert in this four week course for beginner polers. Building from the ground up, you'll learn strength and conditioning exercises to prepare you for that upside down life, a range of different ways to invert, plus what to do when you get up there - and how to come down safely! 

 

This Course is suitable for: If you can hold a Hang Tough for more than 5 seconds, do at least 3 Pole Crunches and a Standing Crucifix, this course is for you!

If you give more than 72 hours notice, a credit can be applied to your account to use on a future course with us, should you be unable to make it. We recommend being able to attend as many of the 4 sessions as possible. Please note there are no make up classes should you miss a session, nor can we transfer you to a different date during the term.
