2 Day Small Group Fundamentals

A fast track fundamentals course covering the 9 foundational movements in CrossFit, along with some other auxiliary movements.

Taught in small group sessions, participants will be taken through: the squat series, the press series and the pulling series along with a look at some of the other movements we practice; an introduction to olympic lifting, gymnastic movements and a workout each day. The aim being to familiarise participants with the technique and correct methods for performing the movements.
