Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. This membership is non-transferable, meaning all tokens need to be used within the month. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed, with a 30 day cancellation period including upgrading/downgrading the membership in place. If you wish to end your membership after the 3 months, please contact Jess directly on the 1st of the month.
The Parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
a. The Client is engaging the Company for group training services to be provided by the Company’s Trainer(s) (the “Trainer”).
b. CLASSES will range from 30-45 minutes as advertised.
c. The Trainer will create an exercise program geared to the Client’s fitness level and experience in order to meet the Client’s objectives.
d. The Client agrees to inform the Company and its Trainer(s) of any and all conditions, medical or otherwise, that may affect the Client’s ability to participate in Training Sessions.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any CLASSES.. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you will lose that session without opportunity to rearrange the session. If more than 24 hours' notice is given, you can rearrange your session via the booking system.
In instances of holidays, the Trainer will provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice to rearrange sessions to other days/times in agreement with the Client. The Client agrees that payment terms will not be reduced in light of sickness, holiday or compassionate leave for either party, as both parties will endeavour to rearrange sessions so as to ensure service is still provided as outlined in these terms. Memberships can be put on Hold in case of injury or pregnancy by Jess.
The trainer reserves the right to rearrange sessions due to, but not limited to, the following reasons: sickness, holiday, and compassionate leave. In instances of sickness or compassionate leave, the Trainer will attempt to provide as much notice as possible although this may be at extremely short notice; the Trainer will attempt to minimise disruption as much as possible to ensure service is still provided.
