A dynamic class with Laura that fuses traditional Pilates and functional strength exercises. This session incorporates hand weights, mini balls, resistance bands, and the magic circle to sculpt muscles and fortify the core. Through precise movements, you'll engage specific muscle groups while enhancing strength, balance and flexibility. Emphasis on form ensures safe and effective workouts, with guidance to activate deep core muscles and improve posture. Feel empowered and revitalised as you strengthen your body and focus your mind, ready to take on the week ahead.
