BILLING AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

By providing Chained Evolution with a payment method, you: (i) represent that you are authorized to use the payment method that you provided and that any payment information you provide is try and accurate; and (ii) authorize Chained Evolution to charge you for any products, services, or available content purchased using your payment method. You agree to quickly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that Chained Evolution can complete your transactions and contact you as needed in connection with your transactions. Chained Evolution may bill you (a) in advance; (b) at the time of purchase; (c) shortly after the purchase; or (d) on a reoccurring basis for Memberships. Chained Evolution may bill you at the same time for more than one of your prior billing periods for amounts that haven’t previously been processed. When you purchase a monthly Membership, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorizing recurring payment, and payments shall be made to Chained Evolution by the method you have chosen monthly, until the Membership is terminated by you or by Chained Evolution or otherwise in accordance with its terms. By authorizing recurring payments, you are authorizing Chained Evolution to process such payments as wither electronic debits or fund transfers, or as electronic drafts from your designated account (in the case of credit care or similar payments). Membership fees are billed and charged in advance of the applicable month. If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Chained Evolution or its service providers reserve the right to deny service and collect any rejection or other fees as permitted by applicable law.
