  • Four 1-on-1 Custom Training Sessions:
    Work directly with one of our top CE coaches once a week who will tailor each workout to your needs, fitness level, and goals. You’ll learn progressive techniques and proper form to build confidence and carry your workouts anywhere.

  • Personalized Fitness Blueprint:
    After your initial assessment, your coach will create a bi-weekly or monthly workout plan based on your body composition and goals—whether that’s building muscle, losing weight, or improving endurance.

  • App Integration & Ongoing Support:
    Your workouts are built into the Fitbod app, giving you step-by-step guidance, demo videos, and progress tracking. Includes 1 year of Fitbod Elite access (a $79.99 value).
