Youth Strength and Performance Training engages kids in active lifestyle by building agility, strength, endurance and athletic skills. Program is designed to improve athletic performance for kids who play sports but also for who are not engaged in physical activity. 60 minutes, session is build in 3 parts:1. Specific dynamic warm up & agility, 2. Strength, 3. Cardiorespiratory conditioning. Session is lead by certified Strength & Conditioning Coach who provides the necessary modifications on exercises to accommodate all fitness levels.
