This membership grants access to Matwork sessions suitable for all levels, including essential and intermediate group formats. We strongly recommend attending at least two sessions each week. Participants will receive personalised guidance and support throughout the session, including any necessary modifications. It is advisable to book early to secure a spot, as there are only four available slots utilising Merrithew® professional equipment and props.
**Cancellation Policy**
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Since your session involves reserving a specific time slot and/or equipment, all schedule changes or cancellations must be made within this timeframe.
