Book a free gym induction to get to know the environment and everything that we offer here at Park Farm Fitness. You will be given a 10 min tour followed by a 20 min, 1:1 session where we will go over how to use our machines and run through common movements you may see in classes. This will ensure you are happy and confident before booking in to any of our classes or, will allow you to identify areas you might like more support with before committing to a membership.You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
