3 Saturday Sessions covering the fundamental movements of CrossFit before you can start your monthly membership. This is essential as you will learn fundamental movements that will make up the bulk of your training as well as assistance movements and an introduction to gymnastics. We want you to enter the group sessions confident in your grounding and able to perform the basics. We will continue to teach as time goes on, but grasping these movements gives you a great platform to work from.

**You will also receive 3x FREE Bootcamp sessions and 3x FREE Beginners sessions to use during the course, so you can get started on these classes if you're keen to get stuck in. You will still need to wait to complete the course before joining the regular WOD classes**

Terms and Conditions

CFW Fundamentals Course is a single payment of £100 to register to 3 of our CFW Fundamentals Sessions (Saturdays 11:30).
Each session is specifically programmed, which means you do not need to wait for Session 1 to start the course. You can register to the next available Timetabled session and start from there. You do need to complete the course within 21 days of the first session.

If you have registered to a session but no longer able to attend, please do remember to cancel it so that someone else can take your place.
