Level 2 nyrkkeilykurssi | Level 2 Boxing Course

Level 2 kurssi alkaa 8. tammikuuta 2025! 

Kurssi järjestetään maanantaisin ja keskiviikkoisin klo 19-20, ja viimeinen tunti on 10. helmikuuta. Kurssi sisältää kymmenen ohjattua tuntia. Kurssilla jatketaan Level 1 perusteista (jalkatyö, liikkeet, lyönnit) seuraavalle tasolle. Kurssi sopii myös niille, jotka ovat käyneet alkeiskurssin joskus aiemmin tai harjoitelleet muuten nyrkkeilyn perusliikkeitä.

Level 2 kurssin jälkeen voit siirtyä viikkotunneille.

Level 2 boxing course starts on January 8 2025! The course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7-8pm, and it will feature ten practices. The final practice will take place on February 10. On this course you will continue from the basics (footwork, positions, punches) to the next level. The course is also suitable for those who have taken Level 1 course in the past or otherwise practiced basic boxing moves.

After Level 2 course you can move on to the weekly classes.
