During this session you will work privately with one of our Pilates instructors have all been trained to a high level and are experienced at working at with clients and athletes. Their training has taught them how to monitor, correct poor movement and work to get the best out of client’s movement.
All our instructors have a minimum of 2 years experience working with clients and regularly continue professional development training.
These sessions are 1 hour.
