All our instructors have a minimum of 2 years experience working with clients and regularly continue professional development training.
These sessions are 1 hour.

5 x 1-2-1 Session with Senior Pilates instructor.

The session allows the instructor to focus on both clients.
While one member is independently working the instructor will focus on the other member and vice versa.
Please note this session is not as focused as an individual session.

Clients who are completely new to Pilates: this is our only 5-week course that we offer. The 5-week program allows clients to learn the basics of the reformer machine, systematically layering information and the Pilates method
The class runs for 5 consecutive weeks.
If you have to unfortunately miss more than 2 class we will endeavour to allow you to make up the class in a 1-2-1 session depending on the availability.
We really aim to keep the classes going and hope you understand.
The price is £30 for the session.
In this class our experienced instructors will introduce you to the reformer machine and take you through the basic exercise.
allowing you get a taster of what the machine are all about.
This class is not suitable for clients who have injuries that affect their movement.
Initial Sports Massage Appointment:
The first session will begin with a 5-10 minute discussion with your therapist, covering general health questions and a brief history of any injuries. A quick movement assessment will also be performed to identify areas of tension or strain. The massage itself will last approximately 45-50 minutes, focusing on targeted muscle relaxation and release.
The session will conclude with tailored advice on suitable exercises and strategies to support ongoing recovery and injury prevention.
