A twice-weekly membership to CrossFit is a great option for individuals who are looking to incorporate high-intensity, functional fitness into their exercise routine. With this membership, you will be able to attend two CrossFit classes per week, held at a designated time and location.

CrossFit classes are led by certified Trainers who will guide you through a workout that typically includes a warm-up, a strength or skill-based movement, and a high-intensity "workout of the day" (WOD). Each class is designed to be scalable, meaning that the coach will work with you to adjust the workout to your individual fitness level, whether you are a beginner or a more experienced athlete.

The workouts are constantly varied, meaning that you will never get bored and will always be challenged, but also progress at a steady rate. The classes are typically one hour long and are composed of different functional movements such as weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, making sure you're doing exercises that will help you in your daily life and not just in the gym.

A twice-weekly membership allows you to get a good workout in and make progress towards your fitness goals, while still allowing flexibility to schedule other activities or rest days into your week. And if you can't make it to a scheduled class, most gyms offer additional classes or make-up sessions during the week that you can attend as a member.

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
