Buggy Fitness course - OUTSIDE TO INSIDE
This is best way to get back to fitness after your new arrival, from your initial 6 week* recuperation period and beyond, we have structured classes with like-minded parents and qualified coaches leading you safely through the tough times of getting back into those jeans and reaching new fitness levels.
Classes are not run sessions or bimbling strolls around the park, they are low impact fun filled sessions to keep you engaged with the group to include games and small drills including your buggy and baby, focusing on what matters after having a baby in a safe and effective manner.
Coach Ruthie will look after you from day 1 and adapt any exercises to meet your requirements.
We now have an indoor venue during the colder months but may venture outside if a particularly nice fresh day.
BUGGY CLASSES WILL RETURN TO OUTSIDE FROM MARCH 2018
