Aerial Hoop for Kids (4 Week Course)
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Fly, spin, and smile – all summer long! 🎪✨
Looking for something fun, active, and totally different for the summer holidays? Our Kids Aerial Hoop Course is the perfect mix of fitness and fun – where kids can learn fun tricks and unleash their creativity!
Each week, your child will climb, hang, and spin on the hoop while building strength, confidence, coordination, and flexibility – all in a safe, supportive, and super fun environment. Classes are beginner-friendly and full of encouragement, led by experienced instructors who know how to keep things exciting while teaching aerial skills.
Whether they’ve never tried aerial before or already love being upside-down, they’ll come away feeling proud, accomplished, and eager for more!
Each session includes a warm-up, aerial practice, and cool-down.
Classes are 1 hour long and designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun!
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Ages 8–14 years
Suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience
No previous aerial experience needed
COURSE DETAILS:
Duration: 4 weeks (1 class per week during August)
Length: 1 hour per session
Cost: £13.50 per class / £54 for the full 4-week course

By booking, you are committing to all 4 weeks of the course.
Make sure your child is able to attend all scheduled sessions before enrolling.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Fitted clothing (leggings and a t-shirt or leotard work well)
Hair should be tied back
No crop tops or shorts – skin contact with the hoop can cause burns
No jewellery – this can cause injury and damage to the equipment
Bare feet or grippy socks
No chewing gum or eating during class
WHAT TO BRING:
A water bottle
A jumper or hoodie when the weather is cold

When you arrive at the security gate, please pull in on the left side to keep the gate clear for those with a gate pass.
A staff member will come out to take the name, just let them know your child is attending a class with Pole Tricks at the Sports Centre.
Drive down the long road; we’re the first large building on the left.
When you arrive at reception, head through the door to the right of reception.
Walk down the long corridor with white brick walls – we’re right at the end in Squash Court 4.
PARKING:
After the security gate, take the first left for a small car park behind the Sports Centre
Or take the second left for a larger car park just across the road from the building
Parking is free!
