Membership Overview

Thank you for joining RS Fitness Studios as part of our exclusive Launch Membership Offer.

Please read the following summary of your membership:

Membership Fee

  • £8.99 per week

  • Paid monthly by Direct Debit.

  • Your membership price is guaranteed for 12 months and will not increase during this period.

Eligibility

  • Available to new members only.

  • Limited to the first 50 launch memberships.

  • Subject to availability.

Minimum Term

  • This membership has a 12-month minimum commitment.

  • The discounted launch price is offered in return for this commitment.

What's Included

  • 8 Group Training sessions per calendar month.

  • Sessions do not roll over into the following month.

  • Maximum of 1 Group Training session per day.

  • Unlimited Open Gym access during our standard opening hours.

  • Full access to member facilities.

  • Access to The Hub app and member resources.

  • Option to upgrade your membership at any time.

Booking

  • Group Training sessions must be booked in advance using the RS Fitness booking system.

  • Missed or cancelled sessions are subject to the booking policy.

  • Launch memberships are only available through a pre-booked appointment with an RS Fitness coach.

  • The offer is not available on walk-in sign-ups.

Membership Freeze

  • Memberships may only be frozen in exceptional circumstances (such as medical reasons), subject to management approval and supporting evidence where appropriate.

Cancellation

  • Your membership cannot be cancelled during the initial 12-month minimum term except where required by law or under any specific terms set out in your membership agreement.

  • After the minimum term, your membership will continue until cancelled in accordance with the gym's standard cancellation procedure.

Failed Payments

  • If a Direct Debit payment fails, your membership may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.

  • Continued failed payments may result in your account being referred for debt recovery, and access to the gym will remain suspended until the balance has been cleared.

General

  • Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred.

  • RS Fitness Studios reserves the right to amend opening hours, class timetables and facilities where reasonably necessary.

  • All members must follow the gym rules, booking policy and code of conduct.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 10 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
