Terms and conditions**Membership Terms**
• Choose between our Standard Membership (£0 joining fee) or upgrade with **RS Foundations** for a **one-off £50**, which includes an InBody Scan, personalised training programme, Foundations Hub access, coach support, weekly check-ins and an end-of-month review. The £50 upgrade is optional and non-refundable.
• All memberships renew on the **1st of each month**. Your first monthly payment will be charged on a **pro-rata basis** from your joining date until the next 1st.
• **12-month contract memberships must be paid by Direct Debit.** If you choose to pay by card, your membership will automatically be charged at the **non-contract rate of £39.00 per month**.
