RS Fitness Studios – Student Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 5th March 2025
By purchasing an RS Fitness Studios Student Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Student Membership is available only to individuals who are currently enrolled in full-time education.
This membership is not available to individuals who are in full-time employment, even if they are also studying.
RS Fitness Studios reserves the right to request proof of student status at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence, or providing false or misleading information, may result in the membership being transferred to the appropriate standard membership.
2. Membership Fees
The Student Membership is charged at the advertised student rate and is available only whilst the member remains eligible.
As this is a non-contract membership, RS Fitness Studios reserves the right to review and increase membership prices from time to time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any price changes.
3. Cancellation
The Student Membership is a non-contract membership and may be cancelled at any time by providing a minimum of 10 days' notice before the next scheduled payment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to RS Fitness Studios through the approved cancellation process.
If less than 10 days' notice is given before your next payment date, the following payment may still be collected before the cancellation takes effect.
4. Outstanding Balances
Memberships will not be cancelled whilst there is an outstanding balance on the account.
If a payment fails or remains unpaid:
Your membership will remain active until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
Membership charges will continue to fall due in line with your membership agreement until the account is brought up to date and the cancellation process has been completed.
Gym access may be suspended whilst any outstanding balance remains unpaid.
RS Fitness Studios reserves the right to recover any unpaid membership fees and associated costs where applicable.
5. Changes in Circumstances
If you cease to be a full-time student, begin full-time employment, or otherwise become ineligible for the Student Membership, you must notify RS Fitness Studios immediately.
RS Fitness Studios reserves the right to transfer your membership to the most appropriate standard membership and apply the relevant pricing.
6. Acceptance
By purchasing and using an RS Fitness Studios Student Membership, you confirm that:
You meet the eligibility criteria for the Student Membership.
The information you have provided is accurate.
You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You understand and accept the 10-day cancellation policy.
You understand that your membership will not be cancelled whilst any balance remains outstanding.
You understand that, as a non-contract membership, the membership price may be reviewed and increased in accordance with RS Fitness Studios' standard non-contract pricing policy.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every 12 months. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. -

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
