There is a minimum of 2 months minimum term. You can cancel anytime after the minimum term with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle via the GoTeamUp dashboard. Once you have signed up, your membership will be automatically added to your user account and you can start booking your classes right away!
Terms and Conditions:
This membership will be billed on the same day every calendar month. This membership does not include one-off specialist workshops. Failure to make your monthly payment 3 days or more after the scheduled date, all upcoming bookings will be cancelled and you won't be able to rebook until payment has been made.
This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. 2 month minimum term, 7 days notice for cancellation. This means you can cancel anytime after the minimum term of 7 days notice before the next billing date. All lessons scheduled as part of this membership come under our 24-hour cancellation policy which everyone agrees to at the time of creating a customer account. No refund on cancellations but lessons can be rebooked given you unregister at least 24 hours prior to your missed lesson. It is the individual membership holder's responsibility to ensure lesson credits are used for allowance for each calendar month. Credits are not carried over if you fail to book your allowance and reset for each payment period. It is your responsibility to ensure you book and attend your allowance to get the most out of your membership and work around bank holidays. We allow for maximum of 2 month pause on memberships for extended holidays, injury or other circumstances. This can be 2 months together or 2 seperate months in a 12 month period. This needs to be agreed with The Pole Coven in advance. Our late cancellation and no show policy is if you have 3 or more late cancellations in a month period, you will be charged £20 on top of your membership. It is your responsibility to check calendars and unregister for classes you can no longer attend before the 24 hour cut off point to avoid these charges.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 2 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
