A fun, energising dance fitness class for mums or dads and their babies and women growing life – with a cuppa waiting after!
Super Baby is a joyful dance fitness session designed for pregnant women, caregivers and their little ones from 0-12months-ish(up to walking age). You'll enjoy uplifting music, easy-to-follow routines, and gentle cardio combined with core-strengthening movements and mat work to help maintain or rebuild postnatal/pelvic strength and confidence. It is a chance to connect with your baby through dance as well as getting involved with our community.
No dance experience needed – just bring your baby, your carrier, and your smile(and of course - nappies!!). We understand that women who have given birth may need to modify and take breaks and that will be encouraged and celebrated as well as anyone needing to dip in and out to feed or change.
After the session, stick around for a well-deserved tea or coffee and a chat with other duos. Move, bond, laugh, and recharge – all in one class.
