Our SGPT (Sets & Reps) sessions are structured and tailored to help you become stronger and more confident as you work towards your personal goals.
Team Training (Cardio/Circuits) is designed to push you further towards fitness-based goals and events.
Alongside the flexibility to train both Strength & Fitness, you’ll also get access to our coaching app, which includes messaging and check-ins with a dedicated coach, progress tracking metrics, plus a library of resources, information, and recipe books available on demand.
In addition to ongoing training, our online social group, and gym-based sessions, you’ll also have access to events, socials, and workshops held at the Fleet site—helping you get the most from Powerhouse, stay in great shape, and lead a healthier life.

Terms and conditionsPowerhouse Performance Club – Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between Powerhouse Performance Club (hereinafter: “Powerhouse Performance Coaching”) and you (hereinafter: “the Member”).
1. Membership & Billing
Memberships are billed monthly, starting on the date of sign-up.
The first payment is due on the membership start date.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of your membership, in compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.
2. Cancellation Policy
Members must provide 30 days’ written notice before their next billing date to cancel their membership.

If cancellation notice is received after a billing cycle has begun, the following month’s payment will still be charged.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
3. Membership Freeze / Hold
Members may temporarily freeze their membership for medical, compassionate, or holiday reasons.
Freezes must be requested by email in advance.
Minimum freeze period: 14 days.
Maximum freeze period: 30 days.
Freezes cannot be open-ended.
4. Session Booking & Cancellations
Classes must be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in forfeiting the session.
Exceptions may be granted at management’s discretion (e.g., emergencies or exceptional circumstances).
5. Health & Safety
The Member confirms that they do not suffer from any health problems that would hinder exercise or make participation unsafe.
If in doubt, the Member must seek medical advice before engaging in exercise.
Any fitness assessments conducted at Powerhouse Performance Club are for tracking progress only and not for medical diagnosis.
6. Liability & Waiver
Use of the facilities and equipment is at the Member’s own risk at all times.
Members must not use equipment unless they are familiar with its correct usage. Staff will provide guidance on request.
Powerhouse Performance Club shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property, except where caused by negligence.
Members are responsible for any damage or personal injury they cause while on the premises and must cover any associated costs.
7. Photography & Filming
The gym is a public space where photos and videos may be taken for marketing, training, or educational purposes.
By entering the premises, Members consent to being filmed or photographed unless they request otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise or remove content if you ask not to be included.
8. Policy Changes
Powerhouse Performance Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
Members will be notified of any changes via email or notices displayed in the gym.
