Powerhouse 6 Week Challenge
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 weeks.
This is your chance to build some positive habits, kickstart some results and generally see if Powerhouse Performance Club is for you, you will be given all the tools and resources for you to make great strides towards your goals with us at Powerhouse.

Once you complete your initial consultation with us, you will then have access to 3 x45 min sessions of SGPT (Small Group Personal Training)
Plus 2 x Team Training session per week but you have access to our coaching team if you have any questions regarding your nutrition/training or lifestyle whilst on the challenge.

We highly recommend booking onto an "Intro/Onboarding session so we can help get you off to a flying start and build your confidence by showing you around the gym, explain the coaching app, booking system and any cardio machines you might not have used before.

We aim to show you what you can achieve if you really apply yourself and commit to the process for 6 weeks ....with the option to become a Powerhouse Performance Club Member at the end.

As well as access to our community and on demand resources to help keep you accountable and motivated over the course of the 6 weeks. Applicable once you have started the challenge

The 6 week countdown starts on the day of your first registration regardless of when you signed up sod not worry about losing any days.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Powerhouse Performance Club hereinafter: Powerhouse Performance Club and You hereinafter: “the Member”).

Membership
This membership bills at a 1 off payment, you will have access to 3 SGPT classes per week over the 6 week period + 1 Team Training credit each week. If you need to cancel a class you must do so within 6 hours prior to class start time otherwise you will lose a credit, although we can review on a case by case basis.

Once your 6 week challenge is finished you have the chance to sign up for our recurring membership plans with options to suit higher or lower training frequency.

Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Health
The Member confirms that he/she does not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent him/her from engaging in exercise, or that
would be detrimental or adverse to the Member’s health, safety or physical condition if he/she did exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise.Powerhouse Performance Club shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is done at Powerhouse Performance Club , it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative datain order to track the Member’s progress in a programme and not for diagnostic purposes.

Liability:
Each Member of Powerhouse Performance Club shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the Member on the Powerhouse Performance Club premises. It shall be the obligation of the Member to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement thereof.

Waiver of Liability:
Any and all use of the Powerhouse Performance Club facilities shall be at Member’s own risk at all times. The Member shall not utilise any equipment unless he/she knows the appropriate usage. Powerhouse Performance Club shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact or damages to the Member, or the property of the Member, or be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises and/or of the equipment made available to the users.

Cancellation of Session
Due to the limited spaces in our classes we have a 6 hour rule on cancelling your session if you cannot make it, if you fail to cancel a class in which you cannot make you will forfeit said session *unless exceptional circumstances deemed by the management team.

Filming/Photography
The gym is a public area and we regularly take photos and videos for marketing purposes, training purposes and to highlight personal progress or educate on form.
By coming onto the site you are consenting to potentially being filmed, recorded or photographed and we may use the content in any of the examples above but you may let us know if you'd like not to be included and we will try to minimise, avoid or remove as much as reasonably possible.

We'll also do our best to catch you at your best looking strong, fit and confident.
