Access to 5 Powerhouse Sessions Per Week (or 22 Per Month) A 30-day cancellation notice is required with this membership. Our SGPT (Sets & Reps) sessions are structured and tailored to help you become stronger and more confident as you work towards your personal goals. Team Training (Cardio/Circuits) is designed to push you further towards fitness-based goals and events. Alongside the flexibility to train both Strength & Fitness, you’ll also get access to our coaching app, which includes messaging and check-ins with a dedicated coach, progress tracking metrics, plus a library of resources, information, and recipe books available on demand. In addition to ongoing training, our online social group, and gym-based sessions, you’ll also have access to events, socials, and workshops held at the Fleet site—helping you get the most from Powerhouse, stay in great shape, and lead a healthier life.
