Postnatal Strength & Core Rehab
Our postnatal classes are designed to support mums in rebuilding strength, restoring core function, and feeling confident returning to training — no matter how recently or how long ago you gave birth. Led by a qualified pre- and postnatal coach, each session focuses on safe, effective movement in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Babies are more than welcome to come along. If they’re snoozing, they can stay in their car seat or have a wriggle on a mat nearby. A playpen will also be available in the gym, with an experienced team member (Level 3 Teaching Assistant, mum of one, and Reformer Pilates instructor) on hand to help keep little ones entertained while you train. Your baby will always be in sight, and there’s no pressure — feed, cuddle, or keep them close whenever needed. Of course, you're also very welcome to attend solo — whatever feels most comfortable for you.
This is a great opportunity to rebuild your strength and confidence while meeting other local mums in a welcoming, non-judgemental space.
