This membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
7 days notice before next billing date required when cancelling.
To cancel your monthly membership, follow these steps:
Log in to the web version of your TeamUp account via a laptop/iPad/desktop or mobile browser.
Once logged in, select My Account >> My Memberships >> View Details.
On your membership detail page, you will see the option to Cancel Membership.
Please note that it's only possible to cancel recurring memberships. If you have a prepaid membership or a pack, i.e., you paid for your membership in full, please contact your gym/studio/facility.
