Beginner pole fitness- 6 Week Course

Suitable for complete beginner. 3 classes on static pole, 3 classes on spinning pole.

This 6 week course is an excellent introduction to pole fitness, focusing on learning the basics including:

Pole Conditioning

Strength Conditioning

Basic Moves

Spins

Once you have chosen your start date you will be AUTOMATICALLY booked in for 6 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, same time, same place, same day for 6 weeks.

If you are unable to attend a class during your 6 week course we will Not be able to change, exchange or swap your class for another and you may loose that session. There are NO REFUNDS for any missed classes. 

TO WEAR: Shorts and a crop top are advisable as you will need skin on pole contact.

Remove all jewellery before the class and do not use any body lotion or moisturiser on the day of your session, as it will cause you to slip off the pole. This is very important!
