Floor Series 26&2 Workshop

Elevate your yoga practice with our Floor Series Workshop! Led by our experienced Bikram yoga teacher, this 3-hour intensive course is designed to deepen your understanding and mastery of the foundational postures from Wind Removing Pose to the Kapalbhati Breathing Exercise.
