Combined Reformer & Mat
This monthly membership entitles you to 1 x Reformer class per week and 1x Mat class per week with a maximum of 100 classes over the year. If you're unable to make your preferred class, you will have the ability to cancel your space and choose another class for the same month.. Please note that sessions do not roll over to the following month..

The pricing is based on 100 sessions over 52 weeks of the year. The payment is spread out to reduce the cost each month - bonus! Please keep in mind that there will be a break from all classes for 2 weeks at Christmas.

1 x class = £24.75 (weekly fee)
50 x classes = £1,236 (annual fee)
£103 every month (monthly fee)

Membership Perks:
Choose your favourite class so that your space is always automatically reserved. If you go on holiday, your space will still be waiting for you when you get back and you have the ability to catch up on classes within the same month you're away!
Don't forget, this plan also gives you preferential pricing!

Holidays:
We want you to relish your holiday without the worry of missing your preferred class/es. To facilitate this, we've introduced flexible booking, allowing you to attend alternate classes within the same month without forfeiting your spot in your favorite class. Please note that refunds are not applicable for missed classes even with the catch-up option in place.

Class Cancellations:
We require 5 hours notice to cancel a class. Once cancelled, you can then swap your class within the same month.

Membership Cancellations:
When requesting cancellation of your membership, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience. This is essential for us to verify the accurate pricing of each class, factoring in the discounted rate associated with your commitment over the year. Ensuring that you neither overpay nor underpay is a crucial aspect of this confirmation process.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills on the 1st of every month . Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.

    Refunds
    Non-Usage:
    No refunds will be granted if you choose not to use your Membership, regardless of the duration of non-utilization.
    Failure to Cancel:
    Refunds will not be provided if you fail to cancel your Membership within the specified cancellation period.
    Suitability of Membership:
    No refunds will be given if, post-purchase, you find that the Membership is not suitable for your needs.
    Inability to Use Membership:
    Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to use your Membership for any reason whatsoever.

    Cancelling your Membership
    When requesting cancellation of your membership, kindly inform with 30 days notice. Should you cancel early within the first 3 months, the initial commitment must be met. Cancelling with 30 days notice is essential for us to verify the accurate pricing of each class, factoring in the discounted rate associated with your commitment over the year. Ensuring that you neither overpay nor underpay is a crucial aspect of this confirmation process.

    Kindly be aware that payments processed on the 1st of each month cover the entire duration of that specific month. Please note that cancellations do not entail refunds for any classes missed within the billable month.
