Please make sure you check your booking after purchase, to ensure you have booked the correct class and know the date time of your class.
Memberships
All Memberships have a 3 month minimum contract, at the end of the 3 months, you have the right to cancel or to continue with your membership
You can select Membership start date and billing date
You MUST use your credits within the billing cycle, any unused credits CANNOT be carried over
Class Passes
MUST be used within time frame stated - No extensions can be given
Any memberships cancelled within the 3 month period, will incur a £50 cancellation fee and will be charged for each class taken at pay and go rate
Refunds - Memberships / Class Passes
Once payment has been made and first class attended, NO refunds are given under any circumstances, other than a note from your doctor with reason not to attend pole class.
Cancelling your membership - After your 3 month contract, you are able to cancel or continue on with your membership, if you would like to cancel, please cancel online and your DD with your bank.
Lateness
We cannot accept late arrivals into class, once the doors are locked and the warm up has started, instructors cannot leave the group to come and open up for you, if you are late to class, you will forfeit that class and no refunds are given
Cancellations
All cancellations MUST be done through the booking system, to open up the space to the waitlist
Any class cancelled within 24hour period will not be refunded
Absolutely NO messaging / calling / facebook messaging or instagram Dming the instructor before class to say you will be late or cannot make it.
Due to covid19 - These rules will be enforced strictly
Please be aware that CCTV is in operation, covering the main part of studio and in the stock room
No sound / conversation is recorded
No CCTV is in operation in the toilet or the changing area
(Behind curtains, where chaise lounge is)
Data Protection
Jade Roxanne uses a database system. We collect information which will enables us to contact you if we need to change lessons, so we take a full postal address, land line and mobile. We ask for an up to date working email as our database system will email receipts from payments made if requested by the client.
Post codes are used in my marketing analysis to see where customers are located in relation to my business.
We do not keep any personal information such as religion, family members or occupation. We may ask to keep on record health problems, injuries, disabilities or medication that you take, if we believe it is in your interest to keep other members of staff aware of your problems.
We do not keep on record any credit or debit card numbers and do not hold personal information on your banking facilities.
We never share your information with any other 3rd parties.
SMS messaging may be sent to you and each message has instructions on how to opt out.
