Terms and conditions

Please make sure you check your booking after purchase, to ensure you have booked the correct class and know the date time of your class.

If you are New, please leave plenty of time to find the studio.
Please do not enter the studio any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your class start time.

Memberships
All Memberships have a 3 month minimum contract, at the end of the 3 months, you have the right to cancel or to continue with your membership
You MUST use your credits within the billing cycle, any unused credits CANNOT be carried over
Class Passes
MUST be used within time frame stated - No extensions can be given

Refunds - Memberships / Class Passes
Once payment has been made and first class attended, NO refunds are given under any circumstances, other than a note from your doctor with reason not to attend pole class.

Lateness
We cannot accept late arrivals into class, once the doors are locked and the warm up has started, instructors cannot leave the group to come and open up for you, if you are late to class, you will forfeit that class and no refunds are given

Cancellations
All cancellations MUST be done through the booking system, to open up the space to the waitlist
Any class cancelled within 24hour period will not be refunded
Absolutely NO messaging / calling / facebook messaging or instagram Dming the instructor before class to say you will be late or cannot make it.
Due to covid19 - These rules will be enforced strictly

Please make sure you have no tan, or body cream on, the evening before or day of attending class, this will only make you slip and can be a great risk to others.

Illness
If you start to feel unwell, or If you have any symptoms of covid, cold, flu or any sickness bugs
Please CANCEL your booking
DO NOT wait to see if you “MAY” feel better later, in most cases you will not
24hour cancellation policy still applies

Please wear a mask or face covering, in and out of the studio - You can remove once in pole space

Please take off your shoes at studio entrance and place on to the shoe rack at studio entrance door

Baskets filled with clean cloths, and Pole cleaner are placed around the studio at all Pole points - Please clean your Pole before and after use. At the end of your pole session, please dispose used cloths in basket by refrigerator

Please do not congregate in the building before and after class.
Please make a swift exit after your class, as Instructors will need to clean extensively between classes, you can always have a chat outside with your Pole buddies

Please be aware that CCTV is in operation, covering the main part of studio and in the stock room
No sound / conversation is recorded

No CCTV is in operation in the toilet or the changing area
(Behind curtains, where chaise lounge is)

Following Instruction/Attempting Moves
You must follow your teacher's instructions throughout the duration of the class; failure to do this is unacceptable and may risk the safety of yourself and the other students in your class. You must only follow instructions from your teacher; it is forbidden to teach other students moves or to attempt moves that you have not yet been shown by a JR Instructor.

We appreciate that everyone wants to progress and we are here to ensure you do that in the safest possible way. If there is a move you'd like to try please ask your Instructor to show you. If we feel you are not ready for a particular move then we will give you an alternative to work on and build you up for the move you'd like to learn.

Undermining an Instructor is potentially dangerous and could result in removal from the class without a refund.

Photography and Video
We do allow photography and videoing of your OWN SELF, Please be mindful that NO OTHER STUDENT or Instructors are captured in your pictures or videos.
This may result in you being asked to delete, or take down off any social media platforms

Videoing Instructors teaching demos, is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, you may film yourself ONLY

Bullying - we do not tolerate ANY type of bullying in the studio. If anyone is continuously making the instructor or any other students feel uncomfortable, you will be asked to leave the class and not return, with NO refund.

Health and Safety Information for Pole Dancing

• Jade Roxanne is fully covered with public liability insurance.
• You must be 16 or above to attend a class. Any under 16 MUST always be accompanied by an adult.
• Jade Roxanne has First Aid training
• Pole Dancing is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
• If you believe that you have any medical conditions which may make Pole Dancing unsuitable then please consult your GP
• Students who repeatedly disobey instructions may be asked to leave the class
• Students who make other students or the tutor feel uncomfortable by their behaviour will be asked to leave the class.
• Please do not invert on the pole without the express permission of the teacher in charge of the lesson. This is to prevent injury to yourself and others.
• Whilst I give every attention to your safety throughout the lesson, Pole Dancing is a sport like any other, and there is always a danger of getting hurt
* Following your instructors warm up, and instructions is imperative.
• Jade Roxanne Studios cannot accept any liability for injuries incurred during the lessons.

Your Instructor
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances your instructor may not be able to physically perform the spin/trick/transition being taught. But they are fully aware of the technicalities and contact points needed to execute the moves safely.

Data Protection
Jade Roxanne uses a database system. We collect information which will enables us to contact you if we need to change lessons, so we take a full postal address, land line and mobile. We ask for an up to date working email as our database system will email receipts from payments made if requested by the client.
Post codes are used in my marketing analysis to see where customers are located in relation to my business.

We do not keep any personal information such as religion, family members or occupation. We may ask to keep on record health problems, injuries, disabilities or medication that you take, if we believe it is in your interest to keep other members of staff aware of your problems.

We do not keep on record any credit or debit card numbers and do not hold personal information on your banking facilities.

We never share your information with any other 3rd parties.
SMS messaging may be sent to you and each message has instructions on how to opt out. If you wish to be removed from the list please follow the instructions given, if you still receive SMS messages from us you may be on more than one list so please unsubscribe from all list. Telephone numbers are not shared with any other parties.

Conflict of Interest
If you are an Instructor or are planning and/or training to become an Instructor then you MUST make Jade aware of this before booking. We have no problem with allowing other Instructors to our classes as we all have to train somewhere, but for obvious reasons this could be seen as a conflict of interests if you fail to let us know.

Advertising your services as an Instructor is not allowed and if you are seen to be poaching students of Jade Roxanne Studios then you will be asked to leave.

Any breach of this condition may result in you being rejected from the class without a refund, and could result in legal action against you.

Studio hire
A £100 deposit will be required to reserve the studio for your date and to cover any costs that may be incurred by the parties if damage or misuse has been found after hiring. This deposit will only be refundable if the studio has been left in the good condition and the pre agreements have been adhered to within 5-7 working days.
