Beginners Olympic Weightlifting Course (X5 weeks)

5 Week - Introduction to Olympic Weightlifting
Small coached group session - no experience required all welcome. 
Learn the lifts in step by step sessions allowing you to grasp the basics and intergrate into main club classes at the end of the course.

The course is aimed at complete beginners and is suitable youths (10+yrs ) and adults alike!  You will cover the basic movements used of the sport of olympic weightlifting - the snatch, clean and jerk and be confident to find your strength in a new sport.

Our coaches will help you understand the barbell and the equipment you find in the gym, how to move with it correctly show you what you can do with it how to progress and see your strength health and fitness improve.

At the end of the course there will be the opportunity to continue your training at the club under the guidance of the same coaches in either a group training program or individual coaching.
