Olympic Weightlifting Intensive Beginner Course - 4 Sessions

Learn the basics of Olympic Weightlifting with out BWL coaches this course is for complete beginners - we take the snatch, clean and jerk and break these movements down over three sessions and put it all together on the fourth session to give you an understanding of the olympic lifts, plus other exercises and drills that may help you progress before you go on to train in our group sessions or one to one programming.

The group is kept under 8 lifters so we can take our time and learn at a pace that suits everyone. 

If you already have some experience with the lifts we suggest that you look at our improvers workshops or you can book a 1-2-1 with our head coach to figure out where your lifting is currently and the best route to get you started within the club.
