Be a Boss Weightlifter 18-25 Yrs Sportivate Beginners 6 week course
A introduction to the basics of weightlifting to build a 'BOSS' squad of strong and confident lifters in conjunction with Sportivate.
BOSS lifters who complete the course will recieve a certificate, a pair of Weighlifting socks, 2 weeks unlimited membership to Lakeside Weightlifting Club and the chance to enter a friendly club competition with other beginner members, where they will meet and be judged by an ex international weightlifter.
No experience required,
BOSS group sessions are 1 hour each week starting the 24th January 6-7pm
