CrossFit Bury - Newcomer membership
The Newcomer membership is a mix of personal training and group training which will enable you to develop correct movement mechanics and move with great form in order to create long lasting health and fitness.

This membership is 5 weeks

Every week, you will have:
- 3 group training sessions (anytime on the timetable Monday to Friday)
- 1 personal training session (time and day based on availability)

The group class format is 8 per class with different ability. For it to run smoothly, existing mechanics and lifting technique is required from everyone. We keep on reminding you of some elements for improving your form, however the pace doesn't allow us to completely start from scratch on a bunch of movement that you are asked to perform at high intensity within a workout.

The personal training session is when you will drill with the coach what are the mechanics, safety and efficiency of movements that we perform in CrossFit. We will look back at our Baseline and work on our weaknesses, as well as looking at the classes you are booked for the week ahead and debrief those in order to get the most out of the group training in our gym.

After a few weeks, we will discuss on to move onto Group Training Only.

CrossFit Bury - 21 classes per month
This membership is for the "die hard" fitness enthusiast wanting to train every day! You will build a lot of strength and a lot of skill by practicing daily variety of movement and receiving lot of coaching.
But do not fear it, the training programme is build in a way that the intensity of the session are varied across the week so you perform well throughout.

You can book up to 21 classes each month at CrossFit Bury.
No commitment, train month to month. 30 Days notice for cancellation.
Booking and cancellation of classes are subject to restrictions, terms and conditions.

CrossFit Bury - 15 classes per month
This "benchmark" membership is the most popular option and a great choice for starters. Training around 3 times a weeks is necessary for your body and mind to practice, progress and put yourself in a position to achieve your goals.

Book up to 15 classes each month at CrossFit Bury. No rolling of unused classes onto the next month.

Booking and cancellation of classes are subject to restrictions, terms and conditions.
Late Cancel are 12hours before start of the class.

Rolling month to month with a 3 months commitment - 30 Days notice for cancellation.

Nutrition Coaching (8 weeks, weekly checkin)

OPTION 1: MACRO TRACKING (8 weeks, weekly checkin)
- Consultation to set basic targets for week 1
- 1 week of macro tracking to understand better your eating style and habit CARBS CYCLING METHODS
- Consultation for weight loss or muscle gain for a 3 or 4 weeks period
- 8 weeks macro tracking and following set targets for Protein Carbs and Fat
- Consultation to review success and reinforce healthy habit gained during the past weeks

OPTION 2: NO MACRO (8 weeks, weekly check-in)
For some, macro counting is overwhelming, therefore we opt for a nutrition journal.
We set habits to tackle straight from the start during a 30min consultation.
Review the journal after 2 weeks with a 1-1 consultation to assess and evaluate progress.
Go back for another 2 weeks of heathy eating on the nutrition journal and close off with a final consultation

CrossFit Bury Winter Throwdown (February/March)

What it is / Who is it for?
For any and all who want to work together to test their fitness and teamwork against peers and to experience the heart-pumping excitement of competition in a safe and streamlined, yet small-scale setting. We know the comfort of a familiar environment can do a lot to soothe those competition jitters!


What are the event details?
The Winter edition will be slightly different that the Summer Throwdown we did.
For the Winter edition, we will follow the CrossFit Open worldwide official competition. Basically, 3 workouts accross 3 weeks: each workout is release on a weekly basis and we will gather all on Friday afternoon/evening to complete them. This will inclusive regardless of gymnastic and weigfhts capacity
Each Friday night will have a theme and additional point and trophy will be awarded for best costum, spirit of the evening and more, additionally to the fitness performance itself.

When is it?
Saturday 8:30-11:30AM followed by coffees and muffins
Workout 1 is 2nd March
Workout 2 is 9th March
Workout 3 is 16th March
