Nutrition Coaching (8 weeks, weekly checkin)
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 8 weeks.
OPTION 1: MACRO TRACKING (8 weeks, weekly checkin)
- Consultation to set basic targets for week 1
- 1 week of macro tracking to understand better your eating style and habit CARBS CYCLING METHODS
- Consultation for weight loss or muscle gain for a 3 or 4 weeks period
- 8 weeks macro tracking and following set targets for Protein Carbs and Fat
- Consultation to review success and reinforce healthy habit gained during the past weeks

OPTION 2: NO MACRO (8 weeks, weekly check-in)
For some, macro counting is overwhelming, therefore we opt for a nutrition journal.
We set habits to tackle straight from the start during a 30min consultation.
Review the journal after 2 weeks with a 1-1 consultation to assess and evaluate progress.
Go back for another 2 weeks of heathy eating on the nutrition journal and close off with a final consultation
