Barbell Club Membership
Barbell Club is focused on developing strength & flexibility with resistance based training. Using compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, overhead press, to build global strength, while addressing technique & improving efficiency within the pattern. These classes are suited to all levels, from beginners to advanced, as something can be taken away from each session.

The classes will be focused in progressive blocks, and looking at one particular lift during that block, for example conventional deadlifts for a 6-week block. The session is programmed in a progressive manner in order to make progress.

Alongside the compound lifts there will be preparation drills along with flexibility exercises to compliment the main lift.

Classes are held every Monday 19:30 till 21:00 (except bank holidays).

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
