Level 2 Pants - Fully Guided Workshop
Level: Beginner+
This class is for people who want extra guidance and help with their elastic waist pants.
What you'll learn:
You'll get a refresher everything from T-Shirt, including measuring, choosing a size, and cutting out your fabric.
Together we'll cover how to measure yourself for your pants, how to choose a size, how to make adjustments for fit, how to accurately cut your fabric on grain (and what that means), how to choose a stitch on your sewing machine and so much more. You'll graduate to pockets and waistbands and how to add in your elastic to the waist. You'll be guided each step of the way and you'll end up with some real pants!
What you'll need to bring:
Your own fabric, thread, and pattern
Your sewing machine (unless you need to use one of ours)
