Introduction to pole dance course.

Introduction to pole is perfect for first-time pole dancers! In this 4 week course you will learn the fundamental spins, tricks, and techniques to kick-start your pole dancing journey. 

What to wear? Comfortable layers (Sports bra/shorts, T-shirt, leggings, tracksuit bottoms) Shorts will be needed for more advanced moves as you progress.

What to bring: Water, yoga mat for warming up and cooling down.
