Payment will be automatically taken each month in advance until you cancel your class pass. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the class pass. The first payment is due on the class pass start date. In the case where the billing day does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the class pass will be billed on the last day of the month. Once the payment is taken for any month, it is non-refundable and refunds will not be issued for partial months. Some workshops/events may be excluded from this class pass, please check the website for further information. Unless otherwise noted, this class pass is non-transferable. You must book in advance to secure a spot. A maximum of two class registrations can be made per day. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Hotpod Yoga reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of a month or apply a charge (the charge would be stipulated on the booking confirmation) in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations. We may vary the price of the class pass from time to time, in which case you will be given a months’ notice in advance of the change. We need a minimum of 2 weeks' notice to cancel, if the two week's has not been met, the cancellation will take effect from the following month.  We do not accept holds, for any unforeseen circumstances contact us. Cancellations made within 90 days of the membership start date will be subject to a £25 admin fee.
