These sessions are designed for beginners and intermediates. For those that don’t like running, but want to get better at it. Sessions will be once a week for 45 minutes, outside on the gym estate, with a group warm up, workout and cool down specific to running. Classes will include developing correct running posture and technique along with some running basics, dynamic stretching, Intervals Running, plyometric exercises, and team work, but you will be going at your OWN pace. We will be working up to 5k and encouraging one another to keep moving.
We will donating all profits to raise money for Child Bereavement a charity that helps children, young people, parents, and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child has passed.
Shades on, shorts on and plenty of fun.
