Summer Intensive. With Head Coach, Kat Stiegel
Four Weeks to Better Performance
Goal Setting, Shot Process & Performance Development
Turn practice into purposeful progress.
This four-week group training course will help archers define meaningful performance goals, strengthen their shot process, and use proven motor-learning principles to make their practice more effective.
Under the guidance of Head Coach Kat Stiegel, participants will learn how to:
Set clear, realistic archery goals
Use the shot process as a tool for consistency and improvement
Practice with purpose rather than simply shooting more arrows
Recognize and reinforce productive movement patterns
Track progress and adjust training effectively
Apply their developing skills in practice and competition
This course is designed for archers who already have a foundational understanding of archery and want to become more deliberate, consistent, and effective in their training. It is not a beginner archery course.
