Summer Intensive. With Head Coach, Kat Stiegel

Four Weeks to Better Performance

Goal Setting, Shot Process & Performance Development

Turn practice into purposeful progress.

This four-week group training course will help archers define meaningful performance goals, strengthen their shot process, and use proven motor-learning principles to make their practice more effective.

Under the guidance of Head Coach Kat Stiegel, participants will learn how to:

  • Set clear, realistic archery goals

  • Use the shot process as a tool for consistency and improvement

  • Practice with purpose rather than simply shooting more arrows

  • Recognize and reinforce productive movement patterns

  • Track progress and adjust training effectively

  • Apply their developing skills in practice and competition

This course is designed for archers who already have a foundational understanding of archery and want to become more deliberate, consistent, and effective in their training. It is not a beginner archery course.

Dates: Sundays, July 5, 12, 19 and 26
Time: 3:00–4:00 PM
Investment: $80 for the complete four-week course
Ages: 16+
Class size: Limited to 12 archers

Younger competitive archers may be admitted with coach approval.
