Mat Wrestling: Scrambles, Top (Blair, Spiral and Crab Rides, Leg Rides), Bottom

Sunday: 9am - 12:30pm, 1:45pm - 3:15pm

Lunch: 12:30pm - 1:45pm

(Normal Sunday practice will be available to non CCWC wrestlers).

* 1:45pm - 3:15pm will be hard drilling, situational live, and live wrestling.

Monday: 9am - 11:30am, 12:30pm - 3:00pm

(Lunch 11:30am - 12:30pm)

Experience: Greater than 1 year.

Ages: 8-14 years old

Cap: 25 wrestlers.

Cost: $175 | $135 per sibling

If Mat Wars falls on a camp date, we will reduce the camp to a 1 day camp and cut cost in half.
