Zoom April Intensive
This Monday to Friday Intensive is your mini immersion into the world of
daily practice. Spring is making an appearance and bringing with it
lighter mornings, the ideal time to get moving and shake off winter's
hibernation. We'll begin each mornings' practice with a slow dynamic
flow to awaken your body and mind, before finishing with a soothing
relaxation to leave you ready to face the day. Mindfulness and breath
awareness will also be threaded throughout each session. During the
Intensive you'll get to experience the benefits of a daily practice,
meet like minded-people and learn more about yoga and about yourself.
Classes will take place in person at The Stables Yoga Centre as well as
online via Zoom. When booking, please ensure you have selected your
preferred method. Studio places are limited to 15.
Please note, this Intensive is recommended for those with some
experience of yoga, especially a flowing style and is not suited to the
complete beginner.
