Mandala Yoga Workshop with Zoe Speekenbrink

Come and experience the beautifully meditative and creative practice of Mandala Yoga.

We will start with an introduction to the element of Earth, followed by pranayama (breathwork) practice and slow mindful movement to warm up the body. We then start our Mandala vinyasa sequence, moving in 360-degree circular motions around the mat. The pace of this practice is steady, with a conscious linking of breath and movement. As we move through our Mandala flow and become more familiar with the sequencing, we dive deep down into a meditative state. The workshop will end with restorative poses followed by a gorgeous guided Savasana.
 

Suitable for anyone with a regular yoga practice who would like to try something new and enjoys creative and dynamic movement and sequencing.
