Flow and Reset Mini Workshop

Join Zoe for this mini-workshop combining her speciality energizing vinyasa flow with a relaxing restorative yoga practice.

Zoe will guide you through some breath work (pranayama) followed by an invigorating and dynamic vinyasa flow practice working on both strength and mobility. Following this, we will move into a calming and relaxing restorative practice to wind down and we'll finish off with a deep relaxation. The best of both worlds and the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon in early January! All are welcome, but not suitable for complete beginners.
