Zoe will guide you through a creative, flowing Asana sequence aimed at building strength and stability, aligning movement with breath.

An ideal class for improvers, this class is taught to music and will work through breath awareness, limbering the body and working towards a dynamic asana sequence which you can explore at your own level in a nurturing and playful environment. The class will finish with a short meditation leaving you rejuvenated, peaceful and inspired.
