Yoga for Blokes

Chloe will guide you through vigorous and restful sequences aimed at encouraging integration and mobility in order to relieve tight muscles from cycling, football, running, climbing, or just from sitting at a desk. This is an accessible introduction to yoga and you will learn key postures and techniques for better health and mental equilibrium.

"The session was run at an easy pace, where you could practice the posture and not feel like an uncoordinated baby giraffe. Chloe would approach and ask if it was ok to help you into a position or offer advice. For me, I now felt like this was something achievable. Something not too daunting. Something that I wouldn’t embarrass myself with, which is pretty important!! For my first experience of yoga, I found the perfect class in Yoga for Blokes. It was a relaxed and informal class with an amazing teacher in Chloe. She made you feel comfortable, provided guidance when needed and created a very calm and relaxing space.
