5 Day Early Morning Intensive

Come and enjoy the lighter and warmer days on this early morning yoga intensive. Monday to Friday we’ll begin at 7.15am each day flowing through an hour long dynamic practice. Each class will be interwoven with a chosen theme with options to suit all except the complete beginner. You’ll get to experience the benefits of a regular daily yoga practice, meet like minded others and learn more about the philosophy of yoga....it may even be the catalyst you need to kick start your own home practice.
